My customer has question about LM46002-Q1.
Could you tell me about questoin?

[Question]
- How much is the variation of switching frequency at over temperature under the following condition?

Rt=17.8kohm(1%) *Fs=2.2MHz

Hi Tateo,

The LM46002 datasheet only specifies a typical value of 10%, since this is the extent of production spec guaranteed. The Min's and max's could be better or worse than the 10% typical.

My customer wants device under the following condition.

Vin Absolute Maximum Rating=60V
Vin=27V
Vout=12V
Iout=2A
fsw=2MHz *avoid AM band
Q1 Qualified

Could you tell me, what is the best solution?

If the customer operates at 2.2Mhz, he should be able to avoid the AM band.

If RT resistor is setting 17.8k(1%), how much is the minimum switching frequency at over the recommended operating temperature?
Is it above 1.7MHz?

And how much is the maximum switching frequency at over the recommended operating temperature?
My customer has concern about minimum on time(=165nsec max).

Yes it should be above 1.7MHz if the SW freq is 2.2MHz.

There should not be any minimum on time issues since the 27Vin to 12Vo conversion is at 50% duty cycle.
