We are considering this device at the following conditions.

Is that possible?

(Vin=48V, Vo=20V, Io=2.4A)

I calculated on WEBENCH at this condition. However we got error. (message : Design is unstable)

I do not understand why it is error.

Hamamoto-san,

The LMR16030 is giving a low phase margin with your specified inputs.

I recommend using the LM5576 to achieve your exact specifications (46-48Vin, 26Vout, 2.4Amps load). The LM5576 has better efficiency and similar footprint size as the LMR16030.
