Hi,

I would like to know more information about the LMZ31710 chip.

  1. what is the integrated inductance value ? Does the chip work in CCM, DCM, soft or hard switching mode?
  2. What is the on resistance and gate capacitance of the integrated power mosfet? And how can we designers estimate the loss of this whole system?
  3. Is there any demo-board available ?

    The LMZ31710 operates in CCM for higher currents and transitions to Eco-mode at light load conditions for increased efficiency.

    LMZ31710 integrates a 1uH shielded inductor.

    The datasheet includes power dissipation graphs.

    The LMZ31710 can be evaluated by ordering the evaluation board LMZ31710EVM-001. See link below.
