i would like to confirm soft start for LM43601.

1. Which is correct 3.86ms typ.(datasheet P6) or 4.1ms typ. (datasheet P18)?

2. Do you have the data for the variation of soft start time (min/max)?

We don't need the guarantee for the value. We want to know actual value for it.

Hi Atsushi-san,

1) I believe the typical should be 4.1ms
2) Let me ask the product engineer for the distribution data if they have it.

When i was testing this part, the soft-start time does not vary much over temperature.

Hi Atsushi-san,

From the distribution data, the minimum value for internal soft-start is 3.306 ms and the maximum is 5.02 ms
