Details needed for TPS3828-33DBVT
Can you please provide the following information for the TPS3828-33DBVT part?
1. Junction Temperature Max (Tj Max)
2. Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Theta JA)

The TPS3828 is a low power supervisor with IDD typically 15uA and 400uA (max) current through the open drain RESET output. Because the power is so low, the junction temperature will practically be the ambient temperture. Therefore, the max Tj is +85 deg C.
Can u plz give the thermal resistance value-junction to ambient for this IC.

For this older datsheet, it is found under the dissipation rating table on page 4 as operating factor. Theta JA would be the the inverse of 3.5mW / degC.
1) The inverse of 3.5mW/C is 286C/W.
2) From the DISSIPATION RATINGS table of the data sheet, the maximum dissipation at 85C is 227mW.
3) Therefore to address the original question, the maximum allowable junction temperature of this device would have to be 150C correct?
(227mW * 286C/W + 85C) = 150C
