TPS386000 Does not release nRESET

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS386000

Hello,

I am creating an ATX PWR_OK signal by monitoring P24V, P12V, P5V, P3V3, and M12V with the TPS386000RGPT. All of my voltage rail are coming up and my SENSE inputs to the TPS386000 are valid, but the nRESET is never released to allow the PWR_OK to be pulled high. (See Image)

PWR_OK is created by shorting the outputs of nRESET1, nRESET2, nRESET3, and nRESET4 together and then tying them to a single pull up resistor.

My SENSE voltages are as follows:

SENSE1 = .422V

SENSE2 = .426V

SENSE3 = .422V

SENSE4L = .421V

SENSE4H = .375V

nMR, nWDO,and nWDI are all floating.

Why is my nRESET not going high when my supply rails are valid?

Thanks,

Darnell
