Dear Sir

About TPS3813K33 WDI ,I have a simply question

Do I have to give pulse signal into WDI pin of TPS3813? or I could give a DC level into this pin ?

If the DC level (no pulse) is removed ,the reset pin will assert a interrupt to processor

Hi Kai,

The watchdog was designed with the intention of a pulse being applied to WDI. When you say that you will remove the DC level, do you mean ground WDI or float WDI?

Thanks for your reply

I mean I could use GPIO's high level and low level to control WDI (not pulse signal) ,due to my SOC just can drive 32K pulse signal (maybe it's not a point)

Hi Kai,

WDI should be a pulse input for the device to operate as described in the datasheet.
