Where Can I find the latest “Analog Reliability Report” (3rd quarter 2014) for TPS3820-33DBVTG4?
Also, according to the website there is an option for Small (TPS3820-33DBVTG4) and Large (TPS3820-33DBVRG4) Tape& Reel. Is there any potential obsolescence issue with the small or large Tape & Reel?
