Please tell me the quiescent current at VDD=5V of TPS3813K33.

At the time of VDD=5V, what uA does the IDDmin level become?

I have a data sheet mention in a typ level and the max level.

min:??

typ:20uA

max:25uA

"D/S p.8"

I confirm Fig5, but want to know an accurate value.

I don't mind by a reference value, so please tell me.

Hi Kei,
We estimate the minimum should be around 13uA at Vdd = 5V.
