TPS3809L30DBVR not performing as specified.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS3809

I have a mature design that is using the TPS3809L30 as a 3.3V monitor to reset my atmel CPU and flash memory. While troubleshooting a field issue I discovered that the voltage supervisor is not activating at the proper threshold or delaying for the proper time. The top marking on the device on my board matches the marking PDAI specified by the datasheet.  V_IT appears to be 1.7V and T_d appears to be 500 us.

Scope plot shows the reset was released after 500 us.  On a slower power rise, the CPU is corrupted when the reset releases before voltage is stable.
