Regarding Backward Compatibility Process of ROHS components for Avionics applications

Hello ,

We have procured a components of OEM Part nos. TPS3808G33MDBVREP & TPS3808G15DBVT from TI for Avionics applications.These components are ROHS with NIPDAU Finish.

Our assembly process is Non-ROHS Process .Hence , we would like to know whether these components are backward compatible or not. If it is backward compatible , kindly provide the Reflow profile of these components for backward compatible process.

Also , confirm the reliability of these component in backward compatible process for avionics applications.
