Can i use a 100nF cap on the TPS3813K33 even though datasheet says 63nF?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC3946

We have a need for a watchdog timer with a >25 second timeout.  The time interval does not need to be accurate providing it is greater than 25 seconds.  The TI TPS3813K33 Supervisor/Timer is a functionally suitable part for this application.  However, the datasheet indicates the external cap, that sets the WDT window, has a maximum value of 63 nF which corresponds to a timeout value of > 19 seconds.

Ideally, we would like to set the external cap to 82 nF or even 100 nF to generate a timeout value > 25 seconds, but both of these values exceed the maximum recommended value of 63 nF.  As such, we would like to understand the consequences of using the TPS3813K33 with a 100 nF external WDT cap.

If it only impacts the accuracy of the timer then we would proceed with a larger value, such as 100 nF, but if for some reason it is detrimental to the device then we would attempt to find another solution.

Thanks in advance,
