TPS3803-01 has an open drain for the reset pin.
the data sheet says no pin should exceed 6V, but is that true of the open collector pin?
I would like to control the enable pin on a 12V regulator that is active high (usually tied to Vin which may be as high as 15V) where the TPS3803-01 is used as a low battery detector.
