Dear, All

A customer has been designed using the TPS3700-Q1.
TPS3700-Q1 data sheet of the output delay time has been described only typ value.
Please tell me the maximum value under the following conditions.
Temperature condition is -40 degrees or more and 110 degrees or less.
Other conditions are the same as the conditions of the data sheet.
Please tell me the value of Tphl and Tplh for the output pin.
There is no problem in the actual value.

    Hi Masami-san,

    According to the characterization data:

    For OV Worst case
    Tphl : 42.85us (VIN 1.8V at 125C) For 110C should be less than 40us.
    Tplh : 24.79us (VIN 18V at 125C) For 110C should be less than 24us.

    For UV worst Case:
    Tphl : 27.05us (VIN 18V at 125C) For 110C should be less than 27us.
    Tplh : 26.52us (VIN 18V at 125C) For 110C should be less than 26us.

    Note: These are worst case measured values across a small sampling of devices. There has been no statistical analysis performed on these measurements.
