We are using tps3610u18PW in our Battery Back up system and we are seeing that the IC is not outputting the proper voltage when the AC power is off (when the output should be battery output), it's outputting 0 volts at that time.
IT's not happening in all the chips but few of the chips are showing this behavior and causing memory loss as a results of this.
Can we get support to understand what's going wrong ? Can any type of surge do this ? We are seeing this while power cycling.
