Hello,

My Customer is doing timing verification of TPS3700-Q1 and TPS3702-Q1.

They want to do an accurate value calculation.

So, Do you have bellow min & max values of each device?

TPS3700 -Q1
・tpHL   min:   max:   typ :18uS
・tpLH   min:   max:   typ :18uS 
・tr          min:   max:   typ :2.2uS
・tf          min:   max:   typ :0.22uS
TPS3702-Q1
・tpd(HL) min:   max:   typ : 19uS
・tpd(LH) min:   max:   typ : 35uS
・tr            min:   max:   typ : 2.2uS
・tf            min:   max:   typ : 0.22uS
・tsd        min:   max:   typ : 300uS

    Taichi Nakamura,

    We do not specify the min and max values since these values are not a tested parameter and can even vary slightly from device to device. The datasheet provides a typical range for propagation delay over temperature in Figure 5 and Figure 6. There is no available data for min/max for rise and fall times. I can work to get you an approximation but this will take some time.

    I talked with a customer about this matter.
    I had you consent that there were not the min/max data and decided to have you calculate with a typ value.
    When data were necessary by all means, I may request angain.
