TPS3700-Q1: Is there any additional information regarding the absolute minimum input(INA+, INB-)

Hi,

The datasheet states that the absolute minimum input is -0.3V, but I'm wondering if there is any additional information regarding what else could impact that value. Is that -0.3V for a steady voltage or does it take transients into account? In my current application, the minimum input could drop to ~-0.2V-0.3V, for less than 800uS.

Any additional information would be appreciated.
