    Using CROSS REFERENCE link on TI.com shows:

    NJU7291RB1-03 Real Time Clock, CMOS, PDSO8 Timers or RTCs

    We'll get the clocks team to further refine; did you already look in the CLOCKS products for a comparison?

    I saw the block diagram. It looks like a reset IC. If it is reset IC, Could you recommend the proper solution for replacing this one?

    Yes, that helps, as there were several devices in that family. Here are the basic characteristics:

    Features
    • Supply voltage range (V+=2.5V to 7.0V)
    • RESET voltage (VRL=±1.0%)
    • RESET voltage is adjustable with external resister
    • Output delay hold time and watchdog timer RESET time setting ratio=30:1
    • Independently configurable watchdog timer monitor time
    • Independently configurable stopping watchdog timer function

    All,

    Thank you for providing the desired features as this makes it easier for us to find the correct device. Please see TPS385x family (TPS3850, TPS3851, TPS3852). The subtle differences between these devices are programmable reset delay vs fixed reset delay and window watchdog vs regular watchdog. Please take a look and let me know what you think. Thanks!
