TPS3851: WDO condition when VDD is off

My customer is considering TPS3851 and has a question.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

I'd like to know when VDD is shutdown, is WDO high impedance or other.

    Shinichi,

    When VDD is shutdown, the internal FET is off which means WDO that connects to the drain of the FET is high impedance. But if WDO has voltage on it, there is potential for leakage current which is described by ID spec in the Electrical Characteristics table 6.5 of the datasheet.

    I understand WDD is highZ at VDD is off .

    Also it needs to pay attention to leakage current.
