TPS3700: About High-to-low and Low-to-high propagation delay

Hi,

Could you tell me about TPS3700 tPLH and tPLH?
Customer want to know the maximum value of propagation delay.
( Customer want to estimate the worst case of detection time.)

However, Data sheet contains only typical values.
Please tell me how to estimate the maximum value.

Yusuke-san,

The TPS3700's minimum and maximum values aren't listed in that table, but you can view the charts further down in the datasheet as Kai mentioned. As you can see below, you can see minimums and maximums for both tPLH and tPHL.

By looking at this, it appears that 10-11us min and 23-27us max for tPHL and 16-21us min and 22-2us max for tPLH.
