I have a question about TPS3850.

In datasheet p.31, "8.2.2.2.3  Watchdog Disabled During the Initialization Period",

If we use TPS3850 and TPS3890, we can set delay time ~30Sec.

We want delay time over 60 Sec.

Do you know the method.

Can we set the delay time over 60Sec, if we can use the IC other than TPS3890?

    Nishizawa-san,

    It appears that for our supervisors, the watchdog delay that you are looking for can be achieved with the TPS3850. You can see this in section 8.1.2.2 of the datasheet. The delay can be adjusted up to 77.455 seconds by modifying the capacitor on the CWD pin.
