Dear expert,

I am looking a 4V threshold reset IC and now have the same problem as below in E2E.

In parameter VTH Reset Threshold, It show Test Conditions "LM8_ _ -4.00".

But in page 9 of datasheet (PACKAGING INFORMATION), it dose not show "LM8_ _ -4.00" series device.

Does TI provide LM8_ _ -4.00 device or not?

If we don't have LM8xx-4.00 device, did we have the same footprint and cost strategy can replace it?

    Ben,

    We don't offer the 4.00 variant of this device anymore, and the only 4.0 non-adjustable supervisors we carry are the LP3470 and the TPS3801. The most similar to the LM809 is the LP3470 but the price isn't in the same ballpark.
