TPS3813: How much is the voltage level of rising edge in TPS3813?

Part Number: TPS3813

Dear sir,

We found some noise(~0.6V) happened during WDI signal running. It seems to cause watchdog sending reset output.

At page-9 of datasheet, the section of LOWER BOUNDARY CALCULATION, it describes "any rising edge at the WDI pin will be taken into account at the next internal clock cycle."

But, I can't find how much the voltage level trigger WDI. Please support us to find the spec.

-Watchdog IC: TPS3813L30DBVR

- Supply VDD: 4.2V

- WDI signal:  4.2V level.

  • Daniel,

Please use VIH and VIL specs in table 7.3 Recommended Operating Conditions to calculate logic high and logic low for WDI.

With VDD = 4.2V, this provides:

    Logic high = 0.7 x VDD = 2.94V
    Logic low = 0.3 x VDD = 1.26V

Please let me know if you need any more support. Thank you!

    -Michael
