    Shinu,

    The /MR pin is internally pulled up to VDD by a 90kohm resistor. The /MR logic low input is 0.3*VDD and the logic high input is 0.7*VDD. The /MR pin will sink current when the /MR pin is logic low. I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!
