Hello everyone,
is there a reset watchdog, which can makes a reset for a 3,3V µC. The minimum reset-voltage shall be at 3,15V.
Thanks for your help!
Christopher,
Could you be a bit more specific about which technology you are using this for, so we can make sure we put it in the correct forum for support.
Thanks!

functions:
- low-active reset at a minimum voltage of 3.15V (also possible to adjust with voltage devider)
- WDI input: IC gives out a low-active reset to restart the µC
- open drain output of the reset pin
- delay time about 100-500ms
Hi Christopher,
TI has SVS products with a watchdog timer and monitors a 3.3V rail; however, there is not an SVS with a watchdog timer that has a VDD threshold voltage of 3.15V. Ususally, the thresholds are ~2.9-3.0V. However, a solution would be to use an SVS with a watch dog timer AND an additional SENSE pin such as the TPS3110 and use a voltage divider to monitor VDD and trigger a RESET at 3.15V before VDD reaches the Vit- threshold. The TPS3110 has a delay time of typically 130ms. Below is link to its product folder.
