Is the TPS3807A30 available with a 3.09V (or close to it) Typical VDD Negative Threshold Voltage (VDD IT–)? If so, what is the minimum ordering quantity?

The customer is looking for a Dual-Channel Supervisor with Active-low, Open-drain Reset Outputs with the Fixed High-Accuracy Threshold Monitor for 3.3V +/- 5% System Supply Monitoring.

    Hi Rob,

The TPS3807 is not currently available with a 3.09V negative threshold VDD. Making this IC with a different threshold voltage is done in a business by busniess case. Please talk to your local TI FAE.

One recommendation is the TPS3805H33 which has a typical 3.05V (3.096 max) negative threshold; however, it has a single RESET output.

Another way to add flexibility to the customers threshold requirement is to use an adjustable version such as the TPS3700. This would be a great part because this allows the customer the flexibility of setting the negative threshold voltage so that it triggers LOW when it reaches 3.09V. The additional comparator can be used for the sensing; depending on the logic, the customer may need an inverter.

    Regards,

    Darwin
