UCD9244 and UCD7242: Wrong VOUT (PWM)

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD9244, UCD7242

Hello,

I use the UCD9244 pwm controller to controll a power driver UCD7242.

The UCD7242 has a VIN of 5V and shall generat 3.3V on Port B.

I configured the UCD9244 to generate a 1MHz PWM with a Pulse width of 660 ns.

When the PWM is enabled the power on port B is only 2.2V. I have measured this value and I get this value from the "Fusion Digital Power Designer" tool. I controlled the PWM signal for Port B and I get only a pulse width of round about 400ns.

Why I get only 2.2V instead of 3.3V?
