Hi,

We are using UCD9090 in our design to monitor power rails & to sequence it. We can able to power up all the power rails as programmed, but if any one power rail fails we would like to disable remaining rails. Please share the tested configuration file for below scenario, this helps to crosscheck our programming file.

Mon 1: 3.3V; GPIO 1: 3.3V modules enable

Mon 2: 2.5V; GPIO 2: 2.5V modules enable

Mon 3: 1.8V; GPIO 3: 1.8V modules enable

If any power rail fails, remaining two rail enable signal should be turn off the respective power modules.

Regards,

Lakshmi.

  • Hi Lakshimi,

    You can do the following:
    1. In Fault Response and Limits tab, configure fault response of a rail to be shutdown.
    2. In Vout Config tab, assign all other rails as the this rail's Fault Shutdown Slave.
    3. Repeat above steps for each rail.

    Thanks,
    Zhiyuan
