Hello!

I have the 3 UCD9081 DLLs that come with the UCD9081 EVM GUI:

Sequencer Interface.dll

TIDP.SAA2.dll

UCD9081 Transport.dll

What DLL(s) and methods inthem would I use to

1.) Connect to a UCD9081 already configured for address 0x62,

2.) Allow "Self Dependencies" ,

3.) Set "Sequence after Update" to true,

4.) Read the voltage on a rail.

Hi Babb,

You should also have an executable file UCD9081 EVM GUI.exe. You can change settings in the GUI. I think the dll files are part of the GUI.

Hi Hu,

Please read the question thoroughly before you answer.

I already have the GUI. That's how I got the DLLs.
I am trying to use the DLLs to control the sequencer.... NOT the GUI.

Again.... anybody know what constructor to use in TIDP.SAA? And then what method for getting the rail voltages?

Below is the link to the TIDP.SAA2.dll API (including document and examples). Unfortunately, we don't have document for the other two assemblies. Most of the communication is done using I2C Read/Write (in TIDP.SAA2.dll module).

Upon launching the GUI: GUI uses I2C Read command to read 2 bytes data from PMBus address 0x60 address 0x6F, command code = 0x2F. If the return data is 2 bytes where byte[1] is equal 1 => found UCD9081
