How to change output voltage of PTD08D210W & UCD9248

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD9248, PTD08D210W
Hello
Customer has bought ZC702 (ZYNQ7000 EVM from Xilink).
It has been riding  PTD08D210W and UCD9248.
Please tell me the procedure for changing the output voltage.
I want to change the output voltage from 2.5V to 3.3V.
Will you be able to change the output voltage by using the PMBus commands of UCD9248?
  • In ZC702 User's Guide it wrote:

    Monitoring Voltage and Current
Voltage and current monitoring and control are available for selected power rails through Texas Instruments' Fusion Digital Power graphical user interface. The three onboard TI power controllers (U32 at address 52 decimal, U33 at address 53 decimal, and U34 at address 54 decimal) are wired to the same PMBus. The PMBus connector, J59, is provided for use with the TI USB Interface Adapter PMBus pod (TI part number EVM USB-TO-GPIO,
which can be ordered from the Texas Instruments website [Ref 27] and associated TI Fusion Digital Power Designer GUI [Ref 28]. This is the simplest and most convenient way to monitor the voltage and current values for the power rail listed in Table 1-31, Table 1-32, and Table 1-33.

So you'll need a TI USB-TO-GPIO dongle, connect the board to PC, launch Fusion Digital Power Designer GUI. The GUI will find the devices. You will be able to edit Vout from the GUI. Then click Write to Hardware button, and then click Store RAM to Flash button.
