UCD90160 MON14-16 Input range

I see from the datasheet, that MON14-16 have input range of 0.2V to 2.5V....  whereas the other MON inputs are 0V to 2.5V.   I have a few questions related to this:

  1. Why is this input range different for these 3 MON inputs?
  2. How does that translate to reported voltage, if the Vout scale factor is 1?   If Vin < 0.2V, will it report 0V?   If Vin = 0.4V, will it report 0.2V, or 0.4V?  
  3. I have configured pin-52 (MON15) as a MON input to read voltage of an Analog Temp Sensor.   I have not configured any over/under voltage responses, or anything else...   I only read 0V on this MON15 input, regardless of what I physically measure at this input.   Is there another step I must take, just to get the voltage to report for this rail?
