In the Fusion tool, I have selected "Add Command Controlled GPO", selected Pin 38, TDI_GPIO21, wrote it to the hardware, stored RAM to FLASH, reset the EVM, but regardless of whether I select Low, High, or Hi-Z, the output stays off.
is this not the proper sequence for a GPIO command configuration change and implementation?
