UCD90160A: Is the a limit to the number of writes to on-chip nonvolatile Flash?

Part Number: UCD90160A

Our software folks are concerned about constant fault logging to the UCD90160A’s Flash and they want us to pursue implementing the brownout function to reduce Flash writes.

Does the UCD901601A Flash controller manage the writes to internal Flash or is there a finite practical limit to logging writes to on-chip nonvolatile Flash memory? If so, please direct me to a spec for Flash aging and any lifetime limits.
