UCD90120A: Power good threshold vs temperature.

For a rail with temperature monitoring only (no voltage monitoring), the POWER GOOD is set when its enable signal is asserted.

Hi Yihe,

Here is the case:

Vout = 3.3V
Power Good On = 3.234V, 2%
Power Good Off = 3.135V, 5%

Device is powered up at room temp and all the way down to -40C. When reach -30C and below, power good signal de-asserted. Vout was measured to be 3.225V which is above 3.135V. So, we would like to under the power good monitoring temperature behavior.

how many devices show such behaviours. how many rails are monitored by UCD? will be other rails other than 3.3V rail cause the POWER_GOOD de-asserrted? Could you please check?
