The datshhet says that UCD90320 don't support configuration through JTAG. But we plan to use JTAG for performing DFT.
We also have Kintex7 FPGA on board. We are planning to daisy chain Kintex7 and UCD90320 on the same JTAG chain.
Which is the prefered JTAG Programming tool for UCD90320?
Do the JTAG-SMT2 module from Digilent support UCD90320 device?
Which DFT tool can be connected to UCD90320-EVM through JTAG?
