Hi Yihe,

no our Host doesn't support clock stretching because we have build an own I2C Master.

Is that possible to modify i2c master?

It is not difficult to implement:

The master is required to read back the clock signal afte releasing it to the high state and wait until the line has actually gone high

Or you can try to slow the master clock from 400KHz to 100KHz or lower to see whether the communcation can be well established.
