TPS22860: Leakage Current of VOUT(off)

Hi, team.

Do you have the data of leakage current at VOUT (off)?

Vout (off) = leakage into VOUT pin whenever the device is on, but the switch path is off.

    Hi Kobayashi,

    I am a bit confused by your question. Are you asking for the leakage current through the device if VOUT is powered and the device is turned off? This device does not block reverse current, so if VOUT>VIN then reverse current will be able to flow freely through the body diode. If VIN>VOUT, then there will only be the leakage from VIN.
