TPS22960: Power Control pin ON1 and ON2 both are High But no Output voltage at VOut 1 and Vout2

Hi

I am facing problem with power switch TPS22960 output voltage zero for Input voltage 3.0 volt and ON1 and ON2 pin both are High (3.0V )

The voltage at VOut 1 is 2.5V  and VOut 2 voltage is zero, it should be 3.0V or moe than 2.8V and less than 3.0V

Both ON1 and ON2 pins connected to GPIO pin of CC2650 and with  1K pullup resistor and CIN is more than CL 

pls guide, what to do?

In big trouble on the final stage of project
