dear SIr
We meet TPS22913C's burn-out issue ,May I know below schematic have anything need to take care
I use datasheet's inrush current calculator to do ,I think below cap value is meet TPS22913C ,is it right ??
Thanks

Hi Kai,
When you say that the TPS22913C is experiencing a "burn-out" issue, are you saying that the part is getting damaged? If so, this may be due to the inductance on the output which may be causing negative transients on VOUT when the device is switching on and off. The device is only meant to handle -0.3V, so exceeding this value risks damaging the device.
Other than that, the total capacitance on the output (12.1uF) should not cause any inrush current issues.
Thanks,

Hi Kai,
Please refer to the abs max ratings for the device. These can be found in the datasheet.
Thanks,
