We got a question from customer about TPS22965-Q1.Could you help us?
[Question]They consider to use the IC at 3.3V power supply. But there is not any data in datasheet. Could you provide below data?
- Condition - Vin=Vbias=3.3V
- Data - Ron@1.8A ton toff tr tf td

Hi, We got additional question from customer. Could you help us?
- How much is the recommended maximum output capacitor value? They are concerned about exceeding Tj rating by discharge current. In case of TPS22918-Q1, external resistor Rext is required in Cout>200uF.
Please find the requested data below. This was taken without a CT capacitor.

The maximum capacitance will vary depending on the above information. Since 1.8A is already close to the maximum current for the device, it may be difficult to support a large output capacitance. In the case, the TPS22965-Q1 would be the safer choice.

Hi, I'm sorry I didn't make it clear enough. Their condition is under the below.
Vin=3.3V Iout=1.8A Ta=95C max Desired output capacitor=242uF
They would like to make sure the recommended maximum output capacitor of TPS22965-Q1. They are thinking output capacitor range is limited by Rpd.
