Hi Jared,

I believe that the NCP361 is a cross reference to an integrated FET protection device (efuse), but I could be wrong. I'm going to move this thread to the Power Switches Forum, which supports efuse devices. In the meantime, please visit www.ti.com/efuse

Hi Jared,

Please look at TPS25200 device. It is available in same size with the following advantages
Lower Ron of 60mOhm vs 300mohm with NCP361
Programmable current limit
Higher current support up to 2.5A.
