Hello,
what is the value for Rpd(min) for the Quick Output Discharge of the TPS22965W-Q1?
It's required to calculate the min. discharge time for the 1v8 for LPDDR4.
Thanks!
Best Regards, Martin

Hi Martin,
While we typically spec typical and max for Rpd, we do not typically spec minimum. Most devices operate very close to their typical spec. Is there a requirement in your system driving the need for a minimum value?

Hi Martin,
After pulling the characterization data for the device, it looks like the smallest RPD value we measured was 202Ω. This was across the full temperature range from -40C to 125C. Is this information an acceptable estimation for your application?
Thanks,
Alek Kaknevicius
Hi Alek,
what are the electrical conditions (e.g. Vin, Vbias) characterization (Rpd.min 202Ω) is based on?
In the specification for Rpd in the datasheet is stated that the measurement was performed with Vin = 2.5V (respectively. 5V), Von = 0V, Iout = 1mA.
Corresponding to figure 10, Vbias is influencing Rpd.
Regards,
Martin
Hi Martin,
We tested this parameter across the entire VBIAS range, from 2.5V to 6V. The lowest value we saw (202Ω) was at VBIAS=6V.
Thanks,

Hi Martin,
The lowest measurement (202ohms) was at VBIAS=VIN=6V.
