could you please tell us the shortest t-on/t-off delay time device nearly TPS22913 spec.

requirement:

Rise time = around 50-90 uS

Ron = around 60 mohm

if you have any recommend device, please give me saveral target device.

Hi Yamane,

What VIN voltage are you looking for information on? Also, are you hoping for a fast rise time or are you trying to make sure that the timing isn't too fast?

If you are looking for a fast rise time device, the TPS22910A may be more suitable here.

I'm looking for fast response time one. (not rise/fall time).

response time mean the delay after ON pin is active until Vout output.

VIN voltage is 5V.

Hi Yamane,

The delay time and rise time of our load switches are correlated, so if you are looking for a device with a fast delay time, then you will also have a fast rise time.
