Recommendation for load switch IC with reverse current protection.

Hi everyone,

I need to use a load switch with reverse current protection with this parameters: Vinput = 5V and Imax = 3A. I would rather something with sot-23 or so-8 package.

Does anyone any suggestion?

Hi Oscar,

At the moment, we do not have any leaded (SOT/SO) devices with reverse current blocking integrated. Would a SON device like the TPS22953 work?
