Please use the details given in Page 44 ,45 of the datasheet.
For pins, use 0.2mm x 0.4mm.

Do you have a recommendation for thermal vias and paste quantity?

Hi Paul Serra,
For thermal vias outer dia is 0.5mm and inner dia is 0.2mm. Spacing b/n two vias is 1mm (center to center).
