TPS22967: About internal charge pump spec(CT-pin)

Please let me know about voltage and resistance value for TPS22967's CT pin.

※Condition： VIN=VBIAS=5.0V, CT,C=470pF

By the way, is TPS22954 CT-pin the same spec?

(Condition is the same,too.)

    Hi Satoshi,

    May I ask why you are looking for this information? If you are trying to decide on a voltage rating for your CT capacitor, then we would recommend a 25V ceramic capacitor for both devices.

    The reason, There device found a failure in the past, customer has become naive.
    For that reason, customer want to know CT pin voltage and resistance.

    Hi Satoshi,

    Does the customer believe that the CT pin is the problem with the device? We do not recommend connecting anything other than a capacitor to this pin for proper operation, so it would be odd for this pin to be the cause of failure. This pin will typically be a higher voltage than the VBIAS voltage, and for VBIAS=5V I would not be surprised to see over 10V on this pin. If this pin gets shorted, then the gate of the pass FET will be pulled to GND and the device will not be able to turn on.
