My customer wants to know if LM74700-Q1 has internal oscillator, please answer it.

    Hello Naoki,

    LM74700-Q1 has charge pump to operate the external N-Channel FET and has internal clock to operate chargepump.

    But charge pump operation is hysteritic, to reduce the interference on load.

    Could you please let us know why this information is required for customer.

    Is it to meet regulatory requirements?
