Part Number: TPS2110A
I have two input power sources (Vin and Vprog) and I want them to be controlled as per the below logic to the two outputs (Vout and Vp). Vin and Vprog have voltage ranges of 2V - 5V with currents of 200mA max.
For the above Vp output, I am pursuing TPS2110A. However I am not able to get any Load switch or so for Vout output. All the Load switches seem to have Active High enable, or BGA package. Can you suggest any suitable part for Vout? If not, kindly suggest a single suitable part for the combined logic of Vout and Vp outputs. I do not want any of the parts to be of BGA package.

We do not have any non-BGA devices with an active low enable. Can you use an inverter for one of the switches, such as in this power muxing app note? If so, then you can use a configuration similar to the TPS22953 one shown in the app note.

The only issue you may find is that the TPS22942 does not block reverse current when it is turned off. Therefore, if you had a higher output voltage than input voltage, current would flow from VOUT to VIN through the body diode. If the TPS22942 is controlling your higher voltage supply (for muxing) then this would not be a concern as long as the other load switch had reverse current blocking.
