TPS1H100-Q1: Current Sense output voltage?

Part Number: TPS1H100-Q1

The TPS1H1000-B (with current-sense output) claims to be 3.3V logic compliant, but the datasheet shows that the analog-current sense output can swing all the way to 4.9V in the case of a fault condition.

I am trying to interface this device with a 3.3V-tolerant ADC, do you have any recommendations on how to keep the current-sense output within range of a 3.3V ADC?

Or are there other TI devices which can provide similar functionality that are more appropriate for my MCU/ADC?
