Hi Yaniv ,

Please pick TPS25200 for setting lower current limits and it has overvoltage clamp, cut-off protection. Refer the application design example for setting the current limit resistor value.

1. we start to use the 5v eFuse very good , thanks

2.do you have also 12V 0.5-3A current limit (simple to use ) and Cut off UL certify fuse or equivalent but not pending

For the second case, 12V 0.5-3A current limit requirement, TPS2595 is suitable.
